HEALTHY WRAPS

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 avocado
- 1 lime
- 1 spring onion
- Handful of cherry tomatoes (approx 5-6)
- Olive oil
- Whole grain wraps



METHOD:

  1. Chop avocado, cherry tomatoes, and spring onion into small pieces and place into a bowl
  2. Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice into the bowl 
  3. (depending on how much lime juice you like - squeeze accordingly!)
  4. Drizzle some olive oil over the ingredients in the bowl and mix
  5. Spoon onto a wrap and enjoy!



I genuinely love this recipe. It's so simple and really filling. I find it to be the perfect lunch on a hot summer day.
